2019 Update & Projects

2019 has been a record breaking year for King Piers LLC. Our customers have been wonderful people to work for. In case you didn’t know King Piers LLC is the only foundation repair company that shoots daily videos of all our projects, from start to finish. We do this to show the world that King Piers LLC is several steps above all others.

King Piers LLC is the highest rated Foundation Repair Contractor in Kansas City. Check out our reviews of Yelp, Facebook & Google and you will see we make our customers happy in 2 very valuable ways. 1) We save the homeowner money 2) King Piers makes your foundation better than it was the day it was built.

Some amazing projects King Piers has completed this year. Just recently King Piers was awarded the Largest Foundation Repair project of all time. Its downtown Kansas City, Missouri where we will be raising parts of the sunken stone foundation at the bottom row of stone, we will install our King Pier I’s in 9 different locations. Also we will be removing 2 large sections of stone foundation wall that is bulging outward. The brick on the 3 story home is falling off the house. Upon completion of raising and stabilizing the stone foundation we will begin stripping the nold brick off the house and re-brick the south side of the home making the home structurally sound and beautiful. Stay Tuned.

Making the World Level again is what King Piers does everyday! If your foundation wall is leaning Inward or outward, King Piers 4 Step wall Straightening system is as follows:

Straighten the leaning foundation wall back to perfectly vertical
Install King Pier II’s underneath the footing.
King Piers 3 step Epoxy Injection
Install 4″ Steel H Beams against the interior face of wall.
