KC Stone Foundation Repair Project

The King Pier Team working on a stone foundation project in Kansas City, Missouri.  99% of all stone foundations that I work on do not have a concrete footing underneath the stone foundation wall. This makes it close to impossible to raise when using other foundation piering methods. The King Pier will raise the sunken section of stone foundation wall back up to its correct position. What is the correct position on a stone foundation wall you might ask. Simple, it will be very noticeable of what is sinking causing problems with the living area such as opening doors and windows, cracks in sheetrocked walls etc. Stay Tuned for this 3rd video on this project. The King Piers – Foundation Pier & Footing Stabilization System is a very bid pier that sits underneath the existing concrete footing or stone foundation wall. Each King Pier contains 4 Cubic Yards or High Strength Concrete Encased around 300 pounds of high strength steel. If you compare the King Pier to any other system, I believe you will see its in a league of its own.
