Leaning Foundation Wall Leawood, KS

Leaning Foundation Wall Leawood, KS

This home in Leawood, Kansas had the east side wall leaning inward 3.5 inches. The King Piers Team tackled this leaning foundation wall and it is now at its original vertical elevation.

This video shows the King Pier underneath the existing concrete footing after it has been raised back to its correct level elevation. The final step to the King Pier is to fully encase the King Pier and load bearing steel plates with high strength concrete to the top of the footing. The King Pier is the “Proclaimed” Biggest & Strongest Foundation Pier being sold to the public.

“THE LEVEL DOES NOT LIE”

The King Piers Foundation Pier & Footing Stabilization System is the only foundation piering system being sold to the public today that GUARANTEES to RAISE & STABILIZE the footing under your home or commercial property PERMANENTLY! The concrete footings that are underneath most residential homes are inadequate in size and strength. The load bearing capacity of a 2ft wide by 6 inch thick footing will not hold up during a drought. King Piers can Permanently stabilize your leaning foundation wall without drilling holes into your already fragile foundation wall. I see jobs other companies have done just a few years prior and I am amazed at the lack of engineering sound practices and methods that are used. King Piers does EVERYTHING ENGINEERING SOUND!

The King Piers Load Bearing Steel Plates makes a great platform to push off of 9 out of 10 times. Piers LLC was just awarded the contract to raise & stabilize the Trugreen Warehouse Facility in Fenton, Missouri.  Stay tuned for videos and pictures of that job coming soon. The expected start date will be October 13, 2014.
