This video is the Union Hall Building on Universal Ave. off of Front Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The soil that sits underneath this building and many more just like this building is mostly sand. The Missouri River is just 1/4 Mile North of Front Street. Years back the Missouri River ran right over the top of Front Street. The soil is very unstable. I installed 9 King Piers under this brick building, bringing the West side of the building after the footing has been raised back to its correct elevation. to its correct level elevation. This building had a 1ft wide x 3ft tall concrete footing that the edge of the floor was sitting on top of. We raised the West side just under 3″.  Each King Pier contains 4 Cubic Yards of High Strength Concrete Encased around 300 pounds of High Strength Steel after the footing has been raised back to its correct level elevation. The King Piers – Foundation Pier & Footing Stabilization System is a different unique approach to raising and stabilizing a sinking footing. The King Pier has been used to save the Cameron Christian Church by raising the sunken footing back to its correct level elevation. Pastor Dan witnessed his floors come back to level. King Piers to the RESCUE! In 2 weeks we will be heading to Polo, Missouri to save the POLO Methodist Church. This job was a referral from the Cameron Christian Church. King Piers is PROUD to save our Customers MONEY.
