Jim founded King Piers with one goal: to create a stronger, cleaner, and more reliable way to repair failing foundations. Over the past two decades, he’s personally helped thousands of homeowners across the Kansas City area by combining hands-on experience with the proprietary King Piers System and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Along the way, Jim met many senior citizens living in unsafe homes who simply couldn’t afford the foundation repairs they desperately needed. Rather than walking away, he founded Footing Lifters Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides free foundation repairs to seniors living on fixed incomes. It’s one more way Jim believes strong foundations help build stronger communities.
