The second house he said would cave in within a year and they didn’t.do rock foundations I called King Piers and met with Jim. Thank God. Jim’s crews came out, tore down one block wall and completely rebuilt it and put the staircase back! Second house they found an additional issue, fixed it, along with the two rock walls that were; according to the first company, unfixable.
